LaSant Building, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Lawrence Sant Jr. We are a family-owned and operated company. Following in her father’s footsteps, Larry’s daughter, Danielle, joined the team in 2004. She is currently a superintendent overseeing all residential projects. In 1991, Larry’s wife, Terri, also joined the team as Office Manager. Most recently, Liz Roosen joined LaSant Building, Inc. in 2018 as Lead Designer. Over the years our company has gone through a number of important professional transitions. Each milestone has enriched our company and added new dimension that enables us to improve our services to meet and exceed our customer’s needs. Our company offers highly qualified staff members and only the most reliable subcontractors and suppliers.

President and Founder
Larry has been a licensed builder for over 30 years. Larry’s responsibilities include pre-construction planning and analysis from conception to completion. He is responsible for interfacing with customers, employees, suppliers, and subcontractors to establish complete customer satisfaction. Larry stays involved in the community in many forms, such as donating holiday food to the less fortunate, constructing a township park gazebo, and offering co-op and intern roles to young people in the community.
Project Manager
Danielle began as a project assistant with LaSant Building, Inc. in 2004. She is now a superintendent and is responsible for overseeing and managing operations of all residential projects. Danielle assists with the interfacing of customers, suppliers and subcontractors, as well as managing field construction crews.
Office Manager
Terri has numerous responsibilities to our clients and subcontractors, which includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, accounting, title work, banking and all billing. Terri brings over 30 years of office management experience to our company.
Lead Designer & Project Assistant
As the most recent addition to our team, Liz joined us in 2018 as a designer and project assistant. She has a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Central Michigan University, and extensive experience in interior design and art, which has prepared her for numerous responsibilities including not only design but also estimating, invoicing, misc. accounting and cost to builds.
