LaSant Building, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Lawrence Sant Jr. We are a family-owned and operated company. Following in her father’s footsteps, Larry’s daughter, Danielle, joined the team in 2004. She is currently a superintendent overseeing all residential projects. In 1991, Larry’s wife, Terri, also joined the team as Office Manager. Most recently, Liz Roosen joined LaSant Building, Inc. in 2018 as Lead Designer. Over the years our company has gone through a number of important professional transitions. Each milestone has enriched our company and added new dimension that enables us to improve our services to meet and exceed our customer’s needs. Our company offers highly qualified staff members and only the most reliable subcontractors and suppliers.

President and Founder
Larry, President and Founder, has been a licensed builder for over 30 years. He leads all aspects of pre-construction planning and project analysis, guiding each build from initial concept through completion.
Larry works closely with customers, employees, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and a high level of satisfaction at every stage of the process. His hands-on approach and industry experience help maintain the quality and standards the company is known for.
He is also actively involved in the community, contributing in meaningful ways such as donating holiday meals to families in need, leading the construction of a township park gazebo, and providing co-op and internship opportunities for local students.
Owner
Danielle began her career with LaSant Building, Inc. in 2004 as a Project Assistant. Through years of experience and leadership, she is now an Owner and plays a key role in overseeing and managing operations for all residential projects.
Danielle works closely with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and execution throughout each phase of construction. She also supports the coordination and management of field construction crews, helping maintain efficiency, quality, and attention to detail across every project.
Office Manager
Terri serves as our Office Manager and plays a vital role in supporting both our clients and subcontractors. Her responsibilities include accounts receivable and payable, payroll, billing, banking, accounting, and title work, ensuring the financial and administrative side of each project runs smoothly.
With over 30 years of office management experience, Terri brings a high level of organization, accuracy, and reliability to our team.
Superintendent
Griffin began his career with Lasant Building, Inc. in 2024 as an equipment operator and laborer. Through his hard work and dedication, he advanced into the role of Superintendent, where he now oversees and manages commercial and excavating projects from start to finish.
In this position, Griffin is responsible for coordinating daily job site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. He also leads and manages field construction crew members, fostering teamwork and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Lead Designer & Project Assistant
As the newest member of our team, Logan joined LaSant Building, Inc. in 2025 as a Designer and Project Assistant. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Central Michigan University and brings valuable experience in both interior design and business.
Logan supports a wide range of responsibilities, including design development, estimating, invoicing, accounting support, and cost tracking. Her diverse skill set and attention to detail help ensure projects are both visually refined and efficiently managed from start to finish.
